It can’t be easy being perfect like Justin Bieber, right? Although his talent and good looks come naturally, he still admits that he has to hit the gym hard to stay fit! The latest issue ofUS Weekly brings you inside Justin Bieber’s personal workout with his trainer Dolvett Quince.
Justin’s workout routine includes chinups, bench-presses, and stretches, as seen in these exclusive photos! And while Justin enjoys snacking on In-N-Out burgers and Sour Patch kids every now and then, he still likes to make sure he’s eating healthy! His voice coach Jan Smith revealed to US Weekly that, “He’s pretty good about his diet. He eats healthy.” Keep it up, Justin!
